hi! its been awhile!

so, lets just say that i'm definately not the best blogger in the entire world. i end up getting caught up in everything else and dont have much time to hang out on the computer. at least during the summer. now that im back in school, it should be better again.

so this summer, i worked for the pest board. it was definately an experience. i got to meet a really neat lady who was my boss and we had a lot of fun working together. shes in a tough environment and i respect her for what she's trying to do. it was a job, definately, probably not something that i would want to do again, but an experience.

im back in school, at WSU this time. just finished my third week of classes. thankfully, the night before the first day of school, i wasnt nervous. about my classes anyways. the thing i worried about the most was how i was going to get to school. a campus parking pass is about three hundred for the year, so most people just opt to ride the bus from their home to campus and then just walk everywhere from there. lets just say that i will definately be sporting "cougar calves" by the end of my two years here. hills everywhere! :) its really nice having people here that i already know. some of my really good friends from high school as well as from walla walla are all here, so its been a pretty simple adjustment. the hardest part has been leaving zach every weekend. but i'm for the most part enjoying my classes. nothing to far and different than anything that ive done either in high school or at walla walla. i think my favorite ones are my world crops class and my turf management class. oh yeah, and by the way, did everyone know that we apparently, in wenatchee, are a large barley producing region? *cough cough* story goes, i have this really super know it all kid in my crops class who has to put his two cents in at every possible instance, whether its relevant or not. but we were talking about crop producing regions one day, and he pipes up with, yeah, i have a lot of friends that live in wenatchee, and they grow a lot of barley there...the whole time im thinking to myself, hunh, thats funny, pretty sure ive spent my whole life there and never seen a barely farm! :) its been nothing if not entertaining.

anyways, thats about all for now.

Yeah! It's good to know what's been going on now that you are back at school. I didn't understand the reference to leaving Zach each weekend. Are you going home every weekend? Keep blogging so I know a little of what you are doing.
